Do I need a partner to learn how to dance?
No, Latin and Ballroom dancing lessons can be taken with a partner or individually.

I have two left feet and absolutely no dance experience, can you really teach me how to dance?
Definitely yes! We have developed step-by-step teaching methods specifically suited for beginners with zero dance experience as well as teaching methods for the more advanced dancers. Your lessons will be catered to your level and goals.

How many lessons do I need to be able to dance?
This depends on your goals and ability. The best way to learn Latin and Ballroom dancing is through taking private dance lessons and group dance classes consistently. It is recommended that you take at least 1-2 lessons per week. As well as, 30 min – 1 hour of practice time in between the lessons to ensure progress.

What should I wear to my lesson?
Wear clothes that are comfortable and allow for body movement and flexibility.
Lady’s shoes - In the beginning stages you can wear sneakers or comfortable heels. Later on you may want to invest in proper Latin and Ballroom dance shoes.
